What Happens: 75 minutes of intentional space for you to heal, process, and be witnessed by other women who become your tribe.
First 30 minutes, you build 3D art and hit a flow state. Next, we guide the group in active splatter with intention for 30 minutes. We create a container for you to process stress, grief, and big emotions through paint, movement, and sensory input. High intensity. Cathartic. Healing.
The Last 15 Minutes: We slow down. We reflect. We create bonds. You leave feeling lighter, held, and less alone.

For: Anyone wanting to process stress, grief, and emotions in a gentle, meditative way with paint and movement.
What Happens: 75 minutes of intentional space for you to heal, process, and be witnessed by other women who become your tribe.
First 30 minutes, you build 3D art and fit a flow state. Next, we guide the group in active splatter with intention for 30 minutes with drums, meditative practices, stretching, and paint. We create a sacred container for you to complete emotional cycles, release what's stuck, and reconnect with yourself.

EVERY GUEST NEEDS THEIR OWN PACKAGE
At Wicked Rae's, everyone who enters the studio participates. That means each guest purchases their own experience—even young children. Why? Because nobody should sit on the sidelines while everyone else is creating. Every person deserves their own paint, their own canvas, and their own unforgettable experience.
EVERYONE CAN CHOOSE THEIR OWN ADVENTURE
Coming with friends or family? Great! You don't all have to choose the same experience. One friend might choose Action Paint for the punching bag. Another might book Partner Dart for the wood board. Someone else might want the full Gold Splatter Experience. Mix and match. It's your experience.
LITTLE ARTISTS WELCOME (Ages 4+)
Our sweet spot is ages 4+. Most children are ready to fully enjoy the splatter experience starting around age 4, when they're excited to explore, create, and follow simple directions. Children under 4 are welcome; at your discretion. You are buying the experience. You know your kid(s). If you've got a mad genius on your hands, that's fabulous - we're here for that! We're happy to help you decide. Every child develops differently, so if you're unsure, reach out.
THE GUARDIAN RULE
If your child is 9 or younger, you're not just watching. Every child 9 and under must have a participating adult in the studio with them, and each person needs their own package. You're throwing paint, making memories, and experiencing it together. Because some of childhood's best memories happen when the grown-ups decide to play too.
