🎨 Salmon Paper Mâché Bowls at FISH Hatchery
Bring the kids and get creative with us at the Watershed Science Center, Issaquah Salmon Hatchery!
Together, we’ll make sturdy paper mâché bowls inspired by salmon and their habitat - decorated with fun textures and vibrant colors. Your bowl will be perfect for holding snacks, treasures, or even desk supplies!
🐟 Mini-Lesson Included: While we create, we’ll share a short, kid-friendly talk on the “5 C’s” salmon need to thrive - Clear water, Cold water, Coverage, Current, and Clean gravel - so kids (and grown-ups!) can see why healthy rivers matter.
💛 Give Back: A portion of proceeds goes right back to FISH to support salmon education and conservation.
