Co-Founder | Creative Director | Experience Designer

The Quick Version: Has worked with everyone from Fortune 500 leaders to 2-year-olds, to 103-year-olds. Still gets excited about paint balloons.

The Real Version: Three years as a basketball manager taught Oakley something crucial: the best leaders don't stand in front - they create moments where everyone else shines. At 2 AM, creating morale-boosting strategies for stressed teammates, she learned that play is essential.

When she's not covered in paint, you'll find her: Walking her dog while learning violin (yes, simultaneously), destroying friends at long-distance gaming, crocheting while diving into forensic psychology books, or inventing recipes that shouldn't work but do.

The Quick Version: Brain mapper turned fire fighter turned paint revolutionary. 20+ years studying human performance. Built partnerships across Washington. Still believes throwing paint solves most problems.

The Real Version: Two decades in neurology taught Jules what happens in the brain during flow state. Fighting wildfires taught her how humans behave under pressure. But watching someone throw their first paint balloon? That taught her what freedom looks like. Now she uses clinical precision to create calculated chaos that makes people laugh until they hurt.

When not covered in paint, you'll find her: Escaping to mountains (the further from WiFi, the better), mastering obscure board games, quoting "Uncle Buck" at inappropriate moments, or planning adventures while hiding with art journals and absolute silence.
