Shipping Policy

Trash Panda Threads has a processing window of 5-10 business days.

Shipping time for orders placed for delivery in the United States is 6-10 business days. Orders placed Internationally will have a shipping time of 6-18 business days.

However, this does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time.

Refund Policy

If your order was delivered but it was damaged you may contact trashpandatc@gmail.com within 72 hours of your order having been delivered.

In order to be issued a refund on a damaged product your email will need to include your order number, images of the damages and a detailed description of what is damaged and how.

If it's decided your order is damaged, only then will I issue a refund on your order and you may keep or get rid of the damaged item that was delivered.

However, if it appears your item was not damaged or was damaged purposely, you will not receive a refund.

Return Policy

I do not allow returns on any products in my shop due to the nature of what I make. Some of the many reasons I cannot accept returns include Hygiene Issues, Customizations, and Quality Assurance.

Hygiene Considerations: Crocheted clothing items have direct skin contact, making it impractical to accept returns once worn, particularly for undergarments or items touching sensitive body areas.

Customization: Many of our crochet items, such as sweaters, scarves, or hats, can be tailored in terms of size, color, or design. Customized items may not be suitable for resale to another customer.

Quality Assurance: Crocheting demands precision and skill, and once a worn item is returned, it may exhibit wear, tear, or damage not present during the original sale, potentially affecting our product quality and reputation.
