Wicked Rae’s is designed to be a place where you can move freely, get messy, try something new, and create without worrying about getting it “right.”
Before you join us, there are a few things we want you to know.
This page contains the information you need to prepare for your experience, including our Participant Guide and Liability Waiver.

2. Read the Participant Guide
The Participant Guide covers what to expect when you arrive, what to wear, what to bring, how our experiences work, and important information about participating in movement, paint, sensory activities, and other elements of your experience.

3. Complete the Liability Waiver
Before participating, every guest must complete the Wicked Rae’s Participant Liability Waiver.
The waiver is included on Page 52 of the Participant Guide and may also be provided separately during the booking process.
If you're booking for a group, please make sure each participant completes their own waiver.
Experiential
Art
Wicked Rae's provides the environment, instruction, materials, and guidance for each experience. Every work of art is created through the individual participant's own movements, decisions, and creative expression.
Because our experiences are intentionally interactive and process-based, all participants understand and acknowledge that:

Every artwork is unique.

Artistic outcomes will vary from person to person

Paint colors may blend unexpectedly.

Splatter patterns, textures, and compositions are inherently unpredictable.

No specific artistic result is promised or guaranteed.

Satisfaction with finished artwork is subjective and is not grounds for a refund, replacement, credit, chargeback, or compensation.
Every participant understands that the value of the experience is the creative process itself, not a guaranteed artistic outcome.
Booking, Payment and
Refund Policy
By participating at our studio you acknowledge the following booking policies:

Every participant entering the splatter room must purchase their own session or package unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion or event.

Children 9 years old and younger must have a participating adult inside the splatter room for the entire experience. The accompanying adult must have purchased their own package.

If additional guests are listed on a reservation without purchasing the required participant packages, Wicked Rae's will attempt to contact the booking party. If payment is not received within 24 hours, the reservation may be canceled and refunded.

Full payment is required to reserve all sessions.

All sales are final.

No refunds are issued.

Sessions expire 60 days after purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.

Rescheduling requests are subject to the policies and fees communicated at the time of booking.
Participation Requirements
for Minors
For the safety of all guests:

Participants under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian sign the Participant Liability Waiver.

Participants who are able to read and understand the Studio Code of Conduct will be asked to initial each section to acknowledge the studio rules.

Children 9 years old and younger must have a participating adult inside the splatter room for the entire experience. The accompanying adult must have purchased their own package.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for the supervision, conduct, and safety of their minor children at all times.
Right to Refuse
Services
Safety is a BIG deal here.
To maintain a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment, Wicked Rae's reserves the right to refuse service or immediately terminate a participant's session without refund if the participant:

Fails to follow staff instructions.

Refuses to wear required safety equipment.
-
Engages in unsafe conduct or horseplay.
-
Damages studio property intentionally.
-
Harasses, threatens, intimidates, or behaves aggressively toward staff or other guests.
-
Uses discriminatory, hateful, or abusive language or behavior.
-
Appears intoxicated or impaired.
-
Violates the Code of Conduct.
-
Attempts to enter restricted areas without permission.
-
Arrives with unpaid or unregistered participants.
This right extends to interactions occurring before, during, or after a reservation, including communications by phone, email, text message, social media, or in person.
