Service Description

The world is heavy right now - layoffs, uncertainty, and a whole lot of people trying to hold it together. So we’re opening our doors. This is a non‑instructional, music‑filled, sensory‑rich open studio for anyone navigating layoffs or job transitions. No teaching. No pressure. No expectations. Just a neon room, art supplies, and two hours where you get to breathe and make something with your hands. We provide materials for: • paper mâché • paper pulp • mosaics • collage • watercolor • found‑object art You can create quietly, hit your flow state, listen to music, or meet others going through the same thing. Talking is optional. Community is optional. Showing up for yourself is enough. We’ll be working on our own art during this time - you’re welcome to join us in the process. If you’d like to donate supplies (paper, tiles, grout, Legos, fabric scraps, paint), we’ll put them directly into this free community program. For those outside Seattle, we’re mailing out 15 free art kits across the U.S. If donations come in, we’ll send more. We’re a small mom‑and‑daughter studio doing what we can - and this is what we can do right now. Come create. Come breathe. Come be human.
