Service Description
You’re booking a private splatter art session for your group. Each experience is guided, fully prepped, and reserved just for you. Before you choose, here’s what you need to know: What’s included in every booking • A fully private studio (just your group — no strangers) • Trained facilitation and flow guidance • All paints, tools, and materials • One canvas per person (size varies by package) • Required safety gear (goggles) • Optional protective gear (ponchos, shoe covers, hair covers) • Full setup and cleanup — you don’t lift a finger You don’t bring anything. You don’t clean anything. Just show up and play. (If you’re coming for Paint War, we do recommend bringing a change of clothes!) Booking notes • Each participant needs their own package • Prices are per person unless noted • Arrive 15 minutes early to suit up — sessions start on time • Packages can be mixed within a group • Your group shares the time of the longest experience booked Example: 1 Gold + 1 Bronze + 1 Dart = everyone gets 60 minutes in the room. Quick guide to choosing Think in terms of energy + time, not art skill: • Bronze — gentle intro, lower energy (30 min) • Silver — our most balanced experience (45 min) • Gold — deeper release, longer play (60 min) • Action Paint — high-energy, physical, athletic (45 min) • Partner Dart — playful, connective, shared canvas (45 min) • Paint War — light, fast, splashy fun (30 min) • Date Night — curated mix for two (45 min) If you’re unsure, start with Silver. It’s our most popular for a reason. Add-ons (optional) You can customize your experience with add-ons available at the studio, including: • Shirts, hoodies, and wearable art • Full-body waterproof paint suits • Extra paint colors or specialty paints • Additional canvases or extended time Important: If you want specific clothing sizes (shirts, hoodies, or full-body paint suits), please let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can reserve them for you. Cancellation Policy
By booking or attending a session at Wicked Rae’s, you agree to the following: Booking & Payment All sessions are by appointment only and prepared specifically for your group. Full payment is required to reserve your session. All sales are final and non-refundable. Gift cards and credits may be redeemed where applicable. Rescheduling Because your time is reserved exclusively for you: • More than 14 days’ notice: one complimentary reschedule (one-time courtesy) • 14 days or less: $25 rescheduling fee • 24 hours or less: $50 rescheduling fee Fees must be paid before a new date is confirmed. No-shows forfeit the session. Group Size & Accessibility Groups over 6 must be arranged in advance. If you or a guest have sensory sensitivities, allergies, mobility needs, or require accommodations, please notify us before your session so we can prepare. Assumption of Risk & Liability Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Sessions may involve physical movement, sensory stimuli, impact tools, slippery surfaces, and messy materials. Wicked Rae’s is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, clothing or property damage, or lost items. Minors must be actively supervised by a legal guardian at all times. Guardians assume responsibility for children’s safety and conduct. A studio dog may be present; please notify us in advance of any animal sensitivities. By attending, you release Wicked Rae’s LLC, its owners, staff, and affiliates from liability for any claims arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Artwork Disclaimer We provide an experience, not a guaranteed artistic outcome. The final artwork is created by the participant’s actions. We are not responsible for aesthetic dissatisfaction or color blending results. Conduct Unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the session without refund.
